Aropol XO Tooling Resin adalah resin perkakas baru berdasarkan teknologi rendah profil (LP) yang terbukti Ashland-
Aropol XO menyediakan cara yang cekap untuk membina alat FRP berkualiti tinggi dengan kestabilan dimensi yang baik.
Ciri -ciri aropol xo resin adalah:
- Kemudahan permohonan, disebabkan kelikatan yang rendah, dengan semburan atau tangan yang sangat baik- pengawetan yang sangat baik di mana hanya peroksida yang perlu ditambah
- Kekuatan mekanikal yang baik dan rintangan haba mencipta alat seumur hidup yang panjang
- Pengecutan yang rendah memberikan alat akhir profil permukaan yang unggul dan kestabilan dimensi yang baik
Aplikasi Resin Aropol XO Tooling
Sentiasa campurkan resin aropol XO tooling dengan teliti sebelum digunakan untuk bahan homogenis sepenuhnya. Aplikasi resin adalah mudah kerana kelikatan rendah dan indeks thixotropic yang tinggi.
Ciri -ciri pengawetan resin Aropol XO dioptimumkan untuk membina ketebalan lamina minimum 5mm basah pada basah dengan tikar terikat serbuk (4 x 450 g/m2). ILN Dengan cara ini, alat yang berkualiti tinggi dapat dibekalkan lebih cepat daripada dengan kaedah konvensional. Impregnasi serat kaca dan penyusutan yang sangat rendah membuat resin aropol XO sangat sesuai untuk pengeluaran alat -alat yang tinggi dimensi dan profil permukaan.
